commissioned by B’Rock Orchestra and Muziektheater Transparant in 2019
Composed for the music theatre production SONGS OF NATURE in combination with
Händel’s ‘Neun Deutsche Arien’
First performance on the 13 of March 2021 at the Klara Festival (The Virtual Experience)
by soprano Ilse Eerens, B’Rock Orchestra and director Shuang Zou
The work contains 4 movements:

Into the Darkness (De Profundis)
Into the Light and Joy
Enchanting Emptiness
